Romancing Japanをご利用いただくことにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。本規約に同意されない場合は、本サービスのご利用をお控えください。

By using Romancing Japan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. サービスの説明

当サービスは、AIを活用した日本旅行プランの作成サービスです。

初回の旅程は無料でご利用いただけます
追加の旅程は1件あたり$5 USD（税込）です
旅程にはAIによるおすすめ情報、予約リンク（アフィリエイト）、旅行のヒントが含まれます
サービスは「現状有姿」で提供されます — 旅程はAIによるおすすめであり、予約を保証するものではありません

Service Description

Our service provides AI-powered Japan travel itinerary generation.

The first itinerary is free
Additional itineraries cost $5 USD each (tax included)
Itineraries include AI-generated recommendations, booking links (affiliate), and travel tips
The service is provided "as-is" — itineraries are AI-generated recommendations, not guaranteed bookings

3. アカウント

ユーザーは正確な情報を提供して登録する必要があります
ユーザーはアカウントのセキュリティを維持する責任を負います
無料の旅程は1アカウントにつき1回です

User Accounts

Users must provide accurate information when registering
Users are responsible for maintaining account security
One free itinerary per account

4. 支払い

決済はStripeを通じて安全に処理されます
価格はUSD（米ドル）で表示されます
旅程生成の開始前に決済が必要です
返金ポリシー：生成完了後の返金はいたしかねます。技術的不具合の場合は、再生成または返金にて対応いたします

Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe
Prices are displayed in USD
Payment is required before itinerary generation begins
Refund policy: No refunds after generation completes. Technical failures will be resolved with regeneration or refund.

5. 知的財産権

生成された旅程は個人利用（非商業目的）に限られます
ユーザーは旅程をダウンロード、印刷、共有することができます（個人の旅行計画目的に限る）
Romancing Japanのブランド、ウェブサイトデザイン、オリジナルコンテンツは当社の財産です
旅程内のアフィリエイトリンクを改変または削除してはなりません

Intellectual Property

Generated itineraries are for personal, non-commercial use only
Users may download, print, and share their itineraries for personal travel planning
The Romancing Japan brand, website design, and original content remain our property
Affiliate links within itineraries must not be modified or removed

6. 免責事項

旅程はAIによるおすすめであり、不正確な情報が含まれる場合があります
当社は旅行代理店ではなく、おすすめサービスの利用可能性や価格を保証するものではありません
予約リンクは第三者サービス（ホテル、航空会社、ツアー）に移動します — これらの取引はユーザーと第三者との間で行われます
第三者の価格変更、利用可能性、サービス品質について当社は責任を負いません
旅行には固有のリスクが伴います。ユーザーは自身の安全および旅行保険について責任を負います

Disclaimers

Itineraries are AI-generated recommendations and may contain inaccuracies
We are not a travel agency and do not guarantee availability or pricing of recommended services
Booking links direct to third-party services (hotels, flights, tours) — those transactions are between you and the third-party provider
We are not responsible for changes in prices, availability, or service quality of third-party providers
Travel involves inherent risks; you are responsible for your own safety and travel insurance

7. アフィリエイトリンクについて

旅程には予約パートナーへのアフィリエイトリンクが含まれています
これらのリンクを通じて予約が行われた場合、当社は手数料を受け取りますが、ユーザーに追加費用は発生しません
アフィリエイト関係は、おすすめの品質や客観性に影響を与えるものではありません

Affiliate Disclosure

Itineraries contain affiliate links to booking partners
We earn a commission on bookings made through these links at no extra cost to you
Affiliate relationships do not influence the quality or objectivity of our recommendations

8. 責任の制限

当社の責任は、対象サービスに対してお支払いいただいた金額を上限とします。間接的、偶発的、または結果的な損害について、当社は責任を負いません。

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. 利用の終了

当社は、本規約に違反するアカウントを一時停止または終了する権利を有します。ユーザーはcontact@romancing-japan.comに連絡することでアカウントを削除できます。

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their accounts by contacting contact@romancing-japan.com.

10. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠します。紛争は京都地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kyoto, Japan.
